Assistant Headteacher

Are you an education expert? We are currently seeking to represent experienced Assistant Headteachers for SEND to begin new roles in the new year. We are supporting a range of primary schools across Birmingham, West Midlands with their recruitment for upcoming temporary job opportunities.

If you are an experienced primary school Assistant Headteacher, who has worked specifically with pupils with SEND and are available either immediately or considering new opportunities in the West Midlands for January 2026, we would be keen to speak with you. We are a locally based, family run recruitment business specialising in Education with over 15 years’ experience supporting education settings and candidates across primary, secondary and SEND divisions.

• A relevant UK based teaching and/or leadership qualification.
• Substantial experience working with pupils with SEND within an education setting.
• All required documents for safer recruitment processing including, but not limited to a valid right to work proof and a valid Enhanced DBS.
• Exceptional references.

Proposed start date:
January 2026

Salary: L1 to L8 (£265.50 to £315.55 per day)
