* Do you have a passion for supporting young people to reach their full potential?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, patient, and dedicated Youth Mentor to join our vibrant team at a special school in Sutton Coldfield, supporting students with a range of additional needs.

As a Youth Mentor, you’ll play a key role in helping our young people develop their confidence, social skills, and emotional wellbeing. You’ll provide one-to-one and small group mentoring, help manage behaviour positively, and work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create a nurturing and inclusive environment.

** Role Requirements*
* Experience working in an SEN school
A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom
An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education.
