MSSI Group Ltd is currently recruiting an experienced 360 Excavator Operator for an active construction project based in Birmingham (B35 7BT
). This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and safety-focused 360 Excavator Operator to secure consistent work on a well-established site.

Location: Birmingham, B35 7BT

Role: 360 Excavator Operator

• £18.91 p/h - PAYE Direct
• Rolled-in Holiday Pay: +12.07%

As a 360 Excavator Operator
, your duties will include:

• Operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently on site
• Carrying out excavation works including trenching, bulk dig, and grading
• Working around live services and within confined site areas when required
• Supporting groundworks, drainage, and general civils operations
• Carrying out daily machine checks and basic maintenance
• Working closely with Ground workers, Gangers, and Site Supervisors
• Following all site safety procedures and RAMS at all times

To be considered for this 360 Excavator Operator role, you must have:

• Valid Blue CPCS Card
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Proven experience operating a 360 Excavator on construction or civil engineering projects
• Strong awareness of health & safety and site regulations
