Level 3 baby room practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Baby Room Practitioner to join our nurturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine drive to support the development of young children in a nursery setting. As a Level 3 practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment for babies, fostering their growth and learning through play and interaction.

• Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-2 years, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and ensure continuity of care.
• Manage daily routines within the baby room, including feeding, nappy changing, and sleep times.
• Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records to support their development.
• Collaborate with the team to create an inclusive environment that respects diversity and promotes positive behaviour.
• Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in childcare and supporting less experienced staff as needed.

• Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Proven ability to manage a busy nursery environment while maintaining high standards of care.
• Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in both children and team members.
• Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is essential.
• A genuine passion for childcare with the ability to motivate and encourage young learners.
• Proficiency in English is required for effective communication within the team and with parents.
