Position: Sutton - QSW - LAC & Leaving Care - £37.52 p/h Umb (Temporary)
Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Looked After Children & Leaving Care Team at London Borough of Sutton.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Managing a caseload of Looked After Children and Care Leavers in line with statutory requirements.

* Completing assessments, care plans, pathway plans, and permanency planning.

* Undertaking statutory visits and direct work with children and young people.

* Preparing reports for reviews, panels, and court proceedings when required.

* Working in partnership with carers, families, and multi-agency professionals.

* Maintaining high-quality, timely case recording in accordance with legislation and local procedures.

Pay Rate:

* £37.52 p/h Umbrella

Essential Requirements:

* Social Work Qualification (Degree or equivalent).

* Registration with Social Work England.

* Experience working within LAC and/or Leaving Care teams.

* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and statutory guidance.
