• Protect the public and impact lives of offenders.
• Work various shifts and weekends.
• Serve as peacekeeper, counsellor or teacher, working directly with prisoners.
• Build constructive, positive and professional relationships with offenders.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a one‑team environment to keep prison, offenders and staff safe.
