We are looking for a reliable and caring Lunch Cover Assistant to join our dedicated team at a SEND school in Sutton. This role involves supporting SEND students during lunchtime hours. Flexibility to work with students across various age groups is essential.

• Supervise and support students during lunch breaks, ensuring a safe and positive environment.
• Assist students, providing appropriate guidance and encouragement.
• Promote social interaction and inclusion among students during lunch and recreational activities.
• Implement behaviour management strategies as needed to maintain a calm and supportive atmosphere.
• Work flexibly with different age groups, adapting to their unique needs.

• Experience working with SEND students
• Patience, resilience, and strong communication skills
• A commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive environment
• Flexibility to support students across various age groups
• Personal care may be required for this role
