Our team offers a world‑class audit experience with deep, specialist knowledge of the social sector. Clients include educational institutions such as universities, colleges and large multi‑academy trusts; housing associations; and charities.
About the RoleThe training contract spans three years and covers responsibilities across all stages of audit.
Year 1- Master the art of auditing:
Prepare meticulous audit documents using the latest software and methodologies. - Financial statements:
Develop a deep understanding of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows. - Work side by side with clients:
Gain insight into diverse companies and their operational challenges. - Build relationships:
Connect with key stakeholders internally and externally, gathering relevant information and building strong professional relationships.
Progress to increasingly complex audit work, including revenue recognition, valuation, and risk assessments. Take ownership of engagements, liaise with senior team members, mentor junior staff, and continue to grow within the firm as a permanent employee.
Who We’re Looking For- On track to obtain or have obtained an undergraduate degree; academic performance valued but overall potential considered.
- Deep curiosity, naturally inquisitive and keen to learn new things.
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills, and a willingness to share knowledge.
- Commitment to self‑development and learning.
- Strong sense of ownership, high responsibility, and a drive for continuous improvement.

Fully funded professional qualification: ACA. Coaching, mentorship, and one‑on‑one guidance will support you. Time off to study, blended training (in‑person and virtual), and a buddy system will help you settle into the team.
