We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team across multiple locations, including outpatient clinics, a physical therapy office, and a surgery center.

- Assess, diagnose, and develop care plans for patients
- Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostics
- Document patient care accurately
- Provide care per standards and collaborate with team members
- Monitor and refer patients as needed
- Current state NP/PA license and national certification
- DEA license or ability to obtain
- Basic Life Support certification
Full-time position, $125,000-$150,000/year, requiring relocation to Sutherlin, OR prior to starting. In-person work environment.
