Converting Operator - Tier Four (Advanced Machine Operator)

Sunday-Thursday | 10:45 PM - 7:00 AM

Pregis is seeking a skilled Converting Operator - Tier Four to join our night shift team. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has a strong background in machine setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting.

• Set up and operate converting machinery according to production specs and safety standards
• Perform machine startups, shutdowns, and basic troubleshooting
• Monitor operations to ensure consistent quality and productivity
• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance
• Adjust machine settings to optimize performance
• Operate electric pallet jacks, roll lifts, and hoists
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Document production output, machine settings, and issues
• Perform quality checks per Pregis Quality Management System
• Support team goals and perform other duties as assigned

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including machine setup and changeovers
• Proven experience operating production machinery
• Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to safety
• Ability to read measurements and document quality checks
• Basic math and computer skills
• Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Forklift experience a plus
