Nature’s Path is looking for a Sanitation Manager to lead our plant sanitation program, ensure regulatory compliance, and support our culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Shift: 7am-4pm (some flexibility)

What You’ll Do Lead Sanitation Programs
  • Develop, implement, and maintain sanitation procedures that meet regulatory and industry standards.
  • Create cleaning schedules and coordinate activities to keep production running smoothly.
  • Conduct inspections of equipment, facilities, and production areas to ensure top-tier hygiene.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions.
Ensure Compliance & Safety
  • Collaborate with regulatory agencies and internal teams to meet all food safety, sanitation, and occupational safety requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Keep policies and procedures up to date and communicate them clearly throughout the organization.
Build & Coach Teams
  • Lead a dedicated, self-directed sanitation team.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop employees to support current and future plant needs.
  • Foster a safe, productive work environment and ensure all equipment is well-maintained.
  • Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives across the plant.
What We’re Looking For Experience
  • 5–7 years in sanitation management within food manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of GMP, SQF audits, FDA, HACCP, OSHA, and related regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with cleaning chemicals, manufacturing equipment, and line start-ups.
Skills
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to implement process improvements and lead cross-functional initiatives.
