Shift: 1st or 2nd

Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm or 2:00pm - 12:00am

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for an Electrical Assembler at a company in Sussex, WI. This is a direct hire position for 1st or 2nd shift. Apply now!

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics and wiring diagrams to assemble electrical panels and control systems
• Assemble and mount electrical components such as circuit breakers, relays, switches and terminal blocks onto back panels or enclosures
• Cut, strip and terminate wires following specified guidelines and wiring diagrams
• Install and secure panel wiring according to industry standards and safety regulations
• Perform quality checks to ensure all assembled components meet design specifications and quality standards
• Troubleshoot and correct any assembly errors or discrepancies in collaboration with the engineering team
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper storage of materials and tools
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines
• Assist in the testing and commissioning of assembled electrical panels
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
