• Autonomy & Flexibility: Plan your own schedule, prioritise calls, and optimise routes to minimise downtime.
• Proactive Approach: Use systems like RDM to diagnose issues before arrival and bring the right parts.
• Direct Coordination: Communicate with store teams for smooth access and minimal disruption.
• Compliance: Follow health & safety and F-Gas regulations, keeping accurate records.

• Maintain and repair refrigeration assets (display cases, freezers, cold rooms, chillers, packs, condensers).
• Diagnose faults using engineering skills and monitoring systems (RDM, Monika).
• Ensure compliance and documentation.
• Collaborate with store teams to reduce downtime.

• Autonomy & Trust: No micromanagement—own your day.
• Modern Systems: Work with A1 refrigerants, hydrocarbons, and A2

  Ls, hydrocarbons, controls, diagnostics, OEM courses.

• NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or relevant experience).
• F-Gas Category 1 certificate.
• Electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.
• Strong customer focus and ability to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Background in refrigeration/air conditioning or ex-Forces engineering (preferred).
