Location: Faygate, West Sussex
Salary: £30,000 basic + £65,000 OTE

We are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join a residential development in Faygate, West Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with previous new homes experience to manage the full customer journey and contribute to strong site performance.

• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to legal completion
• Conduct viewings and demonstrate new homes to prospective buyers
• Achieve individual and site sales targets
• Progress sales, including liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and estate agents
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying journey
• Maintain high standards across show homes, sales offices, and marketing suites
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and consumer regulations

• Previous experience in new homes sales is essential
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Professional, customer-focused, and commercially aware

• Competitive basic salary of £30,000
• Realistic OTE of £65,000
