We are supporting a highly respected elderly-care organisation on the South coast as they recruit an experienced Home Manager to lead one of their flagship services. As Home Manager, you will take the lead in shaping the home’s culture, developing a motivated and engaged team, and ensuring residents experience the highest standards of dignity, safety and wellbeing. You will have the autonomy to influence practice, strengthen performance and embed a positive working environment where staff feel supported and valued.

We are seeking a confident leader with proven experience managing an elderly care home, ideally within a high-quality or luxury setting.
