A community organisation in Sussex is seeking dedicated Youth Group Workers to support LGBTQ+ children and young people. This role involves planning and delivering inclusive youth groups, promoting youth participation, and working with various stakeholders to ensure safe spaces for development. Applicants should have experience working with youth and a strong commitment to equity and inclusion. The position is part-time with a fixed-term contract until March 31st 2027, competitive salary of £25,583 – £28,142 pro rata.
