Multi Trade

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Multi Trade Operatives (Multi Carpenters / Plumbers / All Round Multis ) to work for a Social Housing Contractor based in Kingston and surrounding areas on a temp basis, offering £23.62 p/h (Umbrella rate) + Van & Fuel Card. The successful Multi Trade Candidate will be able to work in occupied and void properties, carrying out reactive repairs.

Location:

* Surrey and surrounding areas

Working hours

* 08:00am to 17:00pm

* Up to 7 Jobs per Day

You will be required to:

* Multi Trade to complete a variety of trades including carpentry and plumbing

* Carry out repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, occupied.

* Provide your own basic hand and power tools.

* Optional out of hours.

* Have experience working within social housing properties.

You will be supplied with:

* Company van

* Fuel card
