Print Production Controller - pa;

Salary: £34k to £38k pa (depending on experience)

A high quality print solutions provider is looking to expand its team through the appointment of a Production Controller who will have a complete overview on demand and priorities to fulfil.

• Liaising with both the production and client services teams, process customer orders regarding the specification, production methods, artwork requirements, production scheduling and price for future work and work in progress.
• Assist in the delivery process, obtaining delivery information and delivery instructions from the customer, and liaise with dispatch by providing a daily delivery requirement list for outwork.
• Act as the link between sales, production, design and logistics, ensuring effective communication and challenging information that does not meet customer requirements.
• Maximise efficiency and maintain a proven track record in similar roles.

• Organised individual, able to understand detailed instructions quickly and relay information clearly, concisely and unambiguously.
• Proactive, able to challenge information appropriately and ensure customers have the necessary instructions.
• Strong communication skills and experience in a similar role.
• Registered with us if applicable or willing to register.
