Are you a hands‑on Aftersales Manager who thrives on the workshop floor as much as in the office? Do you get the best out of a team and love driving performance customer satisfaction and efficiency? • 45k–50k basic salary
• 20k performance‑related bonus
• Monday to Friday 8am–6pm no Saturdays

You’ll lead an experienced Aftersales team of 11 including:

• 5 Technicians
• 3 Service Advisors

Your focus will be on:

• Overseeing WIP and workshop flow
• Improving efficiency and output in the department
• Maintaining exceptional customer service standards
• Being actively involved in the day‑to‑day operation not just sitting behind a desk

Importantly you won’t be required to complete budgets or forecasts; this role is all about people leadership operational control and driving results where it matters.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience in a motor trade aftersales or service management role
• Leads by example and enjoys being present in the workshop
• Knows how to motivate, mentor and manage a diverse team
• Understands workshop KPIs, WIP and efficiency drivers
• Brings a positive proactive approach with the confidence to make improvements
