Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates using multiple channels

• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients

• Learning and managing the full recruitment lifecycle

• Conducting candidate interviews and assessments

• Supporting senior consultants on live roles

• Developing new business opportunities over time
