An established and growing recruitment firm based in Richmond is hiring an Entry-Level Recruitment Executive to support continued growth. This role is designed for ambitious individuals looking to build a long-term career in recruitment, sales, and client management, with full training provided from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

• Proactively sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates
• Conducting interviews and managing candidate pipelines
• Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Supporting the delivery of recruitment projects and live vacancies
• Learning how to win and manage client accounts
• Working towards clear performance targets and progression milestones
