Sleep-in shifts: Tuesday and Thursday – paid at £62 per night
Evening shifts: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 15.45–21.45
Salary: £12.80 per hour

We provide support and care to children, families and adults across Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex, Brighton and Hove, Surrey and the London Borough of Bexley. Our services include registered care homes; supported living; community outreach; day services, including pathways to employment; children and young people’s groups and support; specialist support; and free online support for families and carers across the South-East.
The people we support at Saxby Lane are female and have preferences for females to undertake care that is personal and intimate, affecting privacy and decency. Both residents require lone working support staff and, at this time, whilst building a staff team, we are only able to offer roles to female applicants in order to respect the people we supports' requests and wishes.
AboutThe Role
An exciting opportunity for caring individuals to join this new supported living service and team working with individuals between the ages of 21-30. The role will include supporting individuals with their daily lives and ensuring that their interests are met by taking part in activities inside the home and within the community – for example, accessing day opportunities, activities such as games nights, gym, bowling, swimming etc.
Assistance with independent life skills – such as cooking, homemaking, budgeting, attending appointments.
Along with your general caring responsibilities (including some personal care and assisting those with physical disabilities or mobility issues) your role will include supporting with many exciting activities such as baking, painting or learning to play an instrument as well as other activities out in the local community.
