Deliver tailored 1:1 SEN tuition
Adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs
Build positive, trusting relationships with students
Support engagement, confidence, and emotional regulation where required
Provide feedback on progress and challenges
Essential Requirements
Experience working with children or young people with SEN
Patient, calm, and empathetic approach
Strong communication skills
Ability to adapt lessons creatively
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Desirable
Qualified teacher, SEN specialist, or experienced tutor
Knowledge of the UK curriculum
Experience with EHCPs or alternative provision
Background in education, psychology, or youth work

Hours:
Flexible (part-time / full-time opportunities available)
Pay:
Competitive, dependent on experience
