Service Advisor – Independent Garage
Monday to Friday – Salary to £35,000
📍 Ewhurst Area
Are you passionate about customer service and enjoy building genuine relationships with people? We’re looking for a Service Advisor to join a well-established, independent garage in the Ewhurst area.
This is a rare opportunity to join a close-knit, fully digital workshop where customer care is the absolute priority. Whether you’re an experienced Service Advisor or looking to step into the role as a trainee, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role
This position is all about looking after customers whose vehicles are in the workshop. You’ll be the friendly, professional face of the business — keeping customers informed, reassured and well looked after from drop-off to collection.
Unlike many service advisor roles, you won’t be under pressure to hit bonus targets. There’s a centralised bookings team who handle bookings and estimates, allowing you to focus purely on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
You’ll work closely with the Garage Manager day-to-day, as the sole Service Advisor on site.
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday
* 8:00am – 5:30pm (with 60-minute lunch)
* Some flexibility may be available
No weekends.
Salary
* £28,000 – £35,000 depending on experience
* Trainee and experienced candidates considered

What We’re Looking For
* Strong customer service skills
* Confident communicator (face-to-face and phone)
* Organised and able to manage customer expectations
* Automotive experience is desirable but not essential for trainees
* A genuine desire to look after customers properly
