We're working with a well-established social housing provider in Surrey seeking an experienced Planned Maintenance Surveyor to support the delivery of cyclical works, planned maintenance programmes and capital improvement projects.
This is a hands-on contract role requiring strong contract management, technical knowledge, and the ability to oversee works from inception through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver cyclical works and planned maintenance programmes.
Roofing renewals
Window and door replacements
External decorations
Oversee contract administration and day-to-day progress of works.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
Carry out stock condition assessments and specify remedial works.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with contractors to drive performance and value for money.
