Nursery Manager

Location: Kenley, Croydon

Salary: £22+ per hour Full-time (40-45 hours per week)

About the Role

Are you passionate about shaping the future of early years education? We're looking for an experienced Care Manager to lead our nursery team and deliver exceptional care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years.

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Lead and inspire a team of Room Leaders and Practitioners
• Drive a culture of excellence, inclusion, and professional growth
• Manage recruitment, training, and staff development
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with EYFS and Ofsted standards
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, embedding robust safeguarding practices

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 qualification (or above) in Childcare/Early Years Education
• Proven experience in a senior early years role
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding legislation
• Exceptional leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills
