Salary: Up to 50k plus 5k bonus, 20 days holiday bank holidays

We are recruiting on behalf of a family-run independent luxury car specialist who is opening a brand-new workshop with state-of-the-art ramps and facilities. They are looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their small close-knit team.

• Work alongside 3 experienced technicians in a supportive family-style environment.
• A varied mix of work including tuning modifications diagnostics and general mechanical tasks.
• Opportunity to work on high-end luxury vehicles in a modern well-equipped workshop.

• Competitive salary up to 50k plus 5k annual performance bonus paid monthly (from 75% individual target).
• Fully paid lunch on Fridays and 34 fully paid track days per year.
• Free local parking allocated to the business.
• Monday-Thursday: 8:00-17:30 Friday: 8:00-16:30.
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays with holiday buyback available.

• Fully qualified Vehicle Technician with strong mechanical experience.
• Confident in diagnostics fault finding and all mechanical work.
• Full driving licence required.
• Enthusiastic flexible and passionate about working on high-end vehicles.
