A growing, people-focused accountancy practice in Richmond is recruiting an Audit & Accounts Senior who wants genuine variety, autonomy, and a clear progression path.

The Audit & Accounts Senior Role - A True Mixed Portfolio

60% Audit

• Lead audits from planning through to completion
• Work with SMEs, charities, and not-for-profit organisations
• Gain exposure across diverse sectors

30% Accounts

• Prepare statutory and management accounts under FRS 102 1A
• Work with limited companies and unincorporated entities

10% Corporation Tax

• Prepare CT computations
• Assist with ad-hoc tax queries

Plus Early Leadership Experience

• Mentor junior team members
• Work closely with managers and partners
• Develop your supervisory and client management skills

What You'll Need

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Strong experience in external audit and accounts preparation (FRS 102 1A)
• Background in small or medium-sized practice
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
• Clear communication skills and a proactive approach
• UK right to work (no sponsorship available)

Experience with Caseware, Digita, Xero, Sage, or Quick Books is helpful, but full training is provided.
