Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Manager, IS Applications, this co-op student will be responsible for:

Assist in the monitoring of production systems (including application logs)

Identify and resolve problems in order to prevent negative impacts to application users

Review, analyze and update software application documentation including architectural drawings using Microsoft Visio

Communicate effectively and demonstrate professional competence with users, co-workers and management

Perform software analysis and requirement gathering along with some minor build and test activities

Requirements

Currently enrolled in an undergrad Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent program

Enrolled in a co-op program

Familiar and able to work with various Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, SharePoint and Visio

Software development training

Valid class 5 BC driver’s license

This is a full-time temporary student co-op opportunity with a 4 or 8 month term starting in May 2026.
