We are seeking a skilled and experienced Steel Erector to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and installing steel structures, including beams, columns, and girders, to form buildings, and other structures. This role requires a high level of precision, safety awareness, and teamwork.

• Assemble and Install Steel Structures:
  Erect steel frames, beams, columns, and other structural components according to drawings and specifications.
• Safety Compliance:
  Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Equipment Operation:
  Operate hoists and other equipment to position steel components accurately.
• Welding and Bolting:
  Perform welding, bolting, and other fastening techniques to secure steel components.
• Inspection and Maintenance:
  Inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with other construction professionals, including engineers, architects, and site managers, to ensure project success.
• Problem-Solving:
  Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the erection process.

• Experience:
  
  Proven experience as a Steel Erector or in a similar role.
• Skills:
  
  Strong understanding of construction blueprints and specifications, excellent hand-eye coordination, and physical stamina.
• Safety Awareness:
  Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in steel erection.
• Licenses/Certifications:
  
  Relevant certifications are preferred.
• Team Player:
  Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues.
