North Western Property Maintenance – Cloverdale, BC.
Full-Time | Year-Round

At North Western Property Maintenance, our equipment keeps our crews moving — and our mechanic keeps everything running. We’re looking for a skilled, reliable Mechanic / Shop Technician who takes pride in clean work, problem-solving, and doing things the right way.

This is a key role supporting both our Construction and Maintenance divisions. If you enjoy working on a variety of equipment, value a well-run shop, and want steady, year-round work with a growing company, you’ll fit in well here.

• Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining:
  • Trucks & trailers
  • Skid steers and light equipment
  • Small engines & landscaping equipment
• Performing regular inspections and preventative maintenance
• Tracking parts, inventory, and repair records
• Keeping the shop organized, clean, and safe
• Supporting field teams with quick turnaround on repairs
• Occasional welding or light fabrication tasks (asset, not required)

• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Experience with automotive, diesel, or small-engine repair
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently
• Reliable, organized, and safety-focused
• Takes ownership of work and values a clean, organized shop
• Welding or fabrication experience is an asset
• Fleet or landscaping equipment experience is an asset, but not required
• Applicant should have a basic personal tool set; specialty and shop tools are provided
