Job Description Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver portable HVAC equipment to customers, demonstrating skilled operation and repair of all company equipment.
• Repair the most complex Climate Control equipment, train and guide other technicians, check in and repair equipment, perform general shop duties, and deliver/install CC equipment as needed.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired.
• Previous experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment or specialty lines equipment (large-scale generators, pumps, HVAC or Oil & Gas equipment) strongly preferred.
• Valid class 5 driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• RACM Red Seal required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Ability to provide mechanic’s tools of trade.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands

The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required. Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay Range: 35.07 - 50.41 (starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including location, education, training, and experience).
