A-1 Doors & Mouldings Ltd., located at 12625 80th Avenue, Surrey, B.C., V3W 3A6, has an immediate vacancy for a Carpenter.

Job Location:

12625 80th Avenue, Surrey, B.C., V3W 3A6

Term of employment:
Full-time, permanent position, 30-40 hours per week.

Compensation: $36.60/hour. Overtime at the rate of 1.5 times after 8 hrs per day/40 hrs per week.

• Read & interpret drawings & sketches to determine specifications
• Estimate height, width, length, & other proportions
• Measure, cut, shape, & assemble wood materials using woodworking machines, power tools, and hand tools
• Build exterior frames, interior frames, pocket frames, custom doors
• Assemble glass doors, main entry doors, interior doors
• Install hardware such as hinges, handles, locks, roller catcher, etc. using hand tools and power tools
• Repair doors & replace panels of doors.

• Education:
  
  Completion of Secondary School
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2-3 years of experience
• Language:
  English
