Are you a natural relationship builder with a passion for healthcare and a drive to grow something from the ground up? Join our team as a Sales & Business Development Manager and become the driving force behind Peridot's growth. In this role, you will be the face of our company in the community — building referral partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals, conducting in-home consultations with prospective clients and their families, and opening doors to new business opportunities across the province.

We are looking for motivated, personable individuals with strong sales instincts, a genuine passion for home care, and the ambition to shape the trajectory of a company that is making a real difference in people's lives.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new client leads through networking and outreach
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources
  • Conduct in-home consultations and care assessments with prospective clients
  • Present Peridot Home Care services and create customized care proposals
  • Follow up with leads and maintain CRM database
  • Attend community events, health fairs, and networking functions
  • Collaborate with clinical team to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Report on sales activities and market trends to management
Qualifications
  • Proven sales or business development experience (2+ years)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in healthcare, home care, or senior services industry
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Valid British Columbia driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred
  • Established network in healthcare community (discharge planners, social workers)
  • Knowledge of British Columbia healthcare system and funding sources
  • Marketing or public relations experience
