Join our team as a Sales & Business Development Manager and become the driving force behind Peridot's growth. In this role, you will be the face of our company in the community — building referral partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals, conducting in-home consultations with prospective clients and their families, and opening doors to new business opportunities across the province.
We are looking for motivated, personable individuals with strong sales instincts, a genuine passion for home care, and the ambition to shape the trajectory of a company that is making a real difference in people's lives.
- Generate new client leads through networking and outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources
- Conduct in-home consultations and care assessments with prospective clients
- Present Peridot Home Care services and create customized care proposals
- Follow up with leads and maintain CRM database
- Attend community events, health fairs, and networking functions
- Collaborate with clinical team to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Report on sales activities and market trends to management
- Proven sales or business development experience (2+ years)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in healthcare, home care, or senior services industry
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid British Columbia driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Established network in healthcare community (discharge planners, social workers)
- Knowledge of British Columbia healthcare system and funding sources
- Marketing or public relations experience
