Position: PFC AFH Foodservice Co-op - Summer 2026

During your 4-month co-op term, you’ll be fully immersed in the Pepsi Co Food Service business and have the opportunity to work with some of our billion-dollar brands. You will take on a leadership role of a Sales Co-op working on business development projects that will have lasting impact on the business. This territory is located in the Vancouver area. Half the term will be spent in the market and other half working on strategic business projects.
Away From Home (AFH) would be the business you support, which refers to our business segment focused on serving customers and consumers outside of traditional retail environments—such as in restaurants, workplaces, schools, entertainment venues, and other food service or hospitality settings.

ResponsibilitiesBuild analytical literacy capability within Key Accounts/Sales/FinanceInfluencing and collaborating with the AFH team, key accounts and customers to meet consumer demands within your areaKey projects as per business needIdentify and assist in implementing processes that improve effectiveness and eliminate redundanciesSupport sales and multifunctional teams on customer-facing initiativesQualificationsPursuing a post-secondary education in business or related fieldStrong communication/interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectivelyAbility to understand and leverage strategic insight to drive resultsCollaborative and works well in a team environmentExcellent organizational and time management skillsDemonstrated ability to thrive in fast paced, complex environmentAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionValid, full driver’s license, with a flawless driving recordReliable and consistent access to a personal vehiclePepsi Co may use Artificial Intelligence as part of its hiring process.
