Sales and Education Executive

Field Sales – Vancouver

COTY is looking for a dynamic Sales & Education Executive for our Vancouver region. This role blends commercial acumen with a passion for training and in‑store execution.

Responsibilities

As our Sales & Education Account Executive, you will manage key retail doors, inspire frontline beauty advisors, and drive sell‑out performance for our prestige fragrance, skincare and makeup brands.

  • Sales Development / Achieve and exceed sell‑out targets for assigned territory and brands.
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners to maximize sales opportunities (Sephora, Shopper’s Drug Mart).
  • Plan and execute business development strategies to grow market share.
  • Monitor sales performance, stock levels and promotional activity in‑store.
  • Manage a large demonstrator budget.
  • Deliver engaging, brand‑immersive training sessions to retail beauty advisors.
  • Coach and mentor store staff to strengthen product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Support new product launches with impactful education and in‑store animation.
  • Drive brand advocacy through storytelling and experiential events.
  • Plan and lead execution of in‑store events and promotional activations (some weekends required).
  • Identify opportunity doors for eventing and sales support.
Qualifications

Essential:

  • 2–4 years of sales experience in beauty and luxury retail preferred.
  • Passion for people, beauty, retail and consumer experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to drive results in a competitive retail environment.
  • Self‑motivated with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to travel (vehicle required).
