Regional Sales Manager, Comox Pacific Express, Overland West Freight Lines, One Reimer Advantage

Key Responsibilities Inside Sales & Business Development
  • Acquire new clients and generate prospective business primarily through proactive inside sales strategies
    , including cold calls, targeted email campaigns, and following up on qualified leads.
  • Re-engage former clients to identify and secure present or future business opportunities, expanding the company's regional footprint.
  • Manage and grow a defined portfolio of existing accounts, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure high customer satisfaction and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline status within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Operations to report key information regarding new and returning business to ensure seamless service implementation.
Qualification Experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of common office software, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to independently manage a large territory and prioritize daily tasks.
  • High level of professional communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Assets)
  • Experience in B2B (business‑to‑business) inside sales or tele‑sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Post‑secondary education in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
    .
  • Familiarity with the transportation, logistics, or freight industry
    . Prior experience using a CRM platform (e.g., Maximizer, Salesforce) to manage sales pipelines.
