The RoleAs a Technical Sales Representative, you will promote aftermarket parts and upgrades for our machinery. You will travel to customer sites in Canada, the USA and internationally to provide technical support and identify opportunities to increase our share of aftermarket parts.

- Specify, define scope and prepare quotations for machine retrofits, upgrade packages and spare parts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customer contacts.
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Maintain product knowledge on all lines of equipment.
- Assist service department and customers in project preparation and planning.
- Manage project schedules ensuring major milestones and customer deliverables are met.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized.
- Well‑developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Passion for continuous improvement.
- Ability to travel in Canada, USA and internationally.
- Industrial sales experience is an asset.
- Experience in OSB/wood products and/or machinery manufacturing industry is an asset.
- Post‑secondary education in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering is an asset.
