• Rental Property Management License in BC or proof of exam completion
• Phenomenal Communication Skills across all mediums (in person, video, phone, text & email)

• Comfortable with Tech
  —experience with CRM, rental app, digital inspections, and AI tools; adept with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Sheets)
• Prior experience in customer service or sales role preferred

Ideally we are looking for someone with a couple years of experience who is ready to take the next step as a property manager.

• Handle and follow up on owner leads
• Negotiate and implement owner property management contracts
• Cultivate strong relationships with property owners and tenants, promptly addressing inquiries as they arise
• Show available properties effectively, maximize occupancy, and execute leasing strategies efficiently; listing marketing is done on over 60 websites
• Collaborate closely with vendors for maintenance requests & property upkeep
• Oversee lease agreements, rent increases, and tenant coordination as required
• Maintain accurate records of all licensing activities using property management software
• Strategize initiatives to boost occupancy rates and revenue growth
• Ensure property regulations are enforced as needed
