- Rental Property Management License in BC or proof of exam completion
- Phenomenal Communication Skills across all mediums (in person, video, phone, text & email)

—always eager to adopt new approaches, systems, and processes - Comfortable with Tech
—experience with CRM, rental app, digital inspections, and AI tools; adept with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Sheets) - Prior experience in customer service or sales role preferred
Ideally we are looking for someone with a couple years of experience who is ready to take the next step as a property manager.
Your Role and Responsibilities- Handle and follow up on owner leads
- Negotiate and implement owner property management contracts
- Cultivate strong relationships with property owners and tenants, promptly addressing inquiries as they arise
- Show available properties effectively, maximize occupancy, and execute leasing strategies efficiently; listing marketing is done on over 60 websites
- Collaborate closely with vendors for maintenance requests & property upkeep
- Oversee lease agreements, rent increases, and tenant coordination as required
- Maintain accurate records of all licensing activities using property management software
- Strategize initiatives to boost occupancy rates and revenue growth
- Ensure property regulations are enforced as needed
- The collaborative team, software & tools needed to excel
