We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager – Fabrication to join a fast-growing manufacturing organization in Vancouver, BC.
This is a rare opportunity to create and scale a fabrication operation from the ground up, leading multi‑site metal fabrication, bus fabrication, and powder coating processes. You’ll own performance, systems, and people – shaping how the operation runs today and how it grows tomorrow.

- Direct ownership of KPIs, utilization, scrap reduction, and continuous improvement
- Hands‑on shop‑floor leadership with strong executive visibility

- Proven leader in Lean / continuous improvement environments
- Comfortable implementing structure, systems, and metrics
- ERP experience required; OEE/MES exposure a strong asset
