Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Delta Controls cloud platform. You will translate customer needs into clear product direction and work closely with engineering, UX, and cross‑functional teams to bring high‑quality cloud features to market.
Duties and Responsibilities- Own the product lifecycle from concept to launch and ongoing iteration.
- Maintain a customer‑focused roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Define product requirements and collaborate with engineering for delivery.
- Conduct customer interviews and develop use cases rooted in real workflows.
- Prioritize features, bugs, and technical improvements.
- Lead validation and beta programs and coordinate product releases.
- Work with other business units to ensure platform compatibility and alignment.
- Support pricing strategy and represent the product in customer meetings and events.
- Work with Customer Support and Training to create content and support customers.
Skills and Abilities
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Solid understanding of cloud systems, SaaS models, and enterprise software.
- Experience guiding products through the full product lifecycle.
Skills and Abilities
- Background in building automation or IoT.
- Experience with cloud platform development or software engineering processes.
- Experience using generative AI and LLM tools, integration of LLM tools into SaaS models is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred; relevant industry experience accepted.

Full‑time, Permanent.
Compensation$90,000 – $110,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target payable for the base salary of new hires across all Canadian locations. Actual compensation may vary outside this range and is dependent on various factors.
