Responsibilities    Lead and Inspire:  Motivate and develop a dedicated team to achieve and exceed branch goals.
Drive Growth:  Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand the customer base and enhance existing relationships.
Ensure Excellence:  Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and exceptional service delivery.
Strategic Planning:  Develop and implement strategies to meet and surpass sales and operational targets.
Customer Engagement:  Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met with innovative solutions.
Market Analysis:  Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Work closely with vendors and other stakeholders to support sales initiatives and operational success.
Qualifications    Proven Leadership:  Demonstrated experience in a management role, preferably within distribution or supply chain sectors.
Strategic Thinker:  Ability to develop and execute effective business strategies.
Customer-Centric:  Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Industry Knowledge:  Familiarity with supply chain systems and related products is advantageous.
Educational Background:  Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
