Operations Manager

Salary Range: $ To $ Annually

Behind every on‑time shipment and perfectly organized warehouse is a great operations leader. We’re looking for a Operations Manager who enjoys leading teams, solving problems, and making complex workflows run like clockwork. In this role, you’ll oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our warehouse and assembly environment—balancing production schedules, logistics, and inventory while working closely with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Quality teams to keep everything moving.

Reporting to the Operations leader, the ideal candidate brings strong operational leadership and a proactive approach to leading people and solving problems!

• Responsible for the daily direction of warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, inventory, production scheduling and assembly teams
• Drive operational excellence through a high standard for organization, safety and operational efficiency ensuring quality, on‑time fulfillment of customer orders.
• Oversee production manager to ensure warehouse production planning and capacity planning needs are met
• Manages the shipping and receiving department ensuring orders are completed accurately and on‑time for customer needs.
• Manages the assembly team ensuring quality on‑time product.
• Champion a collaborative and safe work environment, leading the health and safety program for the warehouse teams
• Oversee the inventory management and team
• Partner with Quality Assurance to troubleshoot process issues, improve workflows and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with Supply chain and Customer Service to resolve any issues ensuring customer orders are fulfilled on time and as expected.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and manufacturing initiatives
• Lead, mentor and develop a high performing operations team
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
• Works closely with the Director, Operations on operational plans, goals and improvements.
• Develops and tracks key KPIs for warehouse production
