• Lead all project phases: planning, design, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Act as the owner’s representative. Manage project budget, schedule and sustainability targets.
• Oversee consultants, contractors and stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
• Maintain schedule control using project and scheduling software.
• Provide technical leadership. Guide teams through risk, procurement and delivery milestones.
• Support commissioning and hand‑over documentation for owner acceptance.

• 5–8+ years in project management, project coordination or construction engineering.
• Experience in commercial building design and delivery is required.
• Site‑based project experience is highly valued.
• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management. Professional registration (APEGBC/APEGA/APEGA equivalent) is an asset.
• PMP or LEED designations are preferred.
• Proficiency with scheduling and project software.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Self‑motivated and driven to deliver successful owner outcomes.
