Position: Customer Operations Leader - Omni-Channel Experience
A leading retail chain in Metro Vancouver is looking for a dedicated Customer Operations Leader. The ideal candidate will oversee customer experience and support omni sales results. This role includes coaching staff, leading execution of strategic initiatives, and ensuring inventory operations run smoothly. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or operations role, excellent leadership skills, and be available for a flexible schedule.

Bilingualism is required for positions in Québec.
