AI Technical Director

We build custom AI applications, deploy private on-premise infrastructure, train agentic automations, and provide hands-on AI consulting to organizations across regulated and high-growth industries.

We’re a lean, fast-moving team and we’re looking for someone who is AI-savvy, hungry to learn, and ready to grow with us.

• Assist in building and deploying custom AI applications and on-premise infrastructure for clients
• Design, train, and maintain agentic automations and AI-driven workflows
• Support AI consulting engagements helping clients identify opportunities and implement solutions
• Work hands-on with large language models, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and opensource AI tooling
• Support client onboarding, training, and ongoing technical success
• Collaborate directly with the founding team on product development and go-to-market execution

• You have a genuine passion for AI and stay on top of the latest developments in LLMs, open-source models, and AI tooling
• You’re highly teachable, you take feedback well, learn fast, and aren’t afraid to ask questions
• You have a strong work ethic and thrive in a startup environment where no two days look the same
• You’re comfortable working with technical systems (coding experience is a plus, but not required; attitude matters more)
• You communicate clearly and professionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• You take ownership. When something needs to get done, you figure it out

• Experience with prompt engineering, AI agents, or workflow automation
• Familiarity with APIs, LLMs, or building AI-powered applications
• Background in AI consulting, client-facing technical roles, or solution design
• Experience with Linux environments, cloud/on-prem infrastructure, or CRM systems
• Exposure to regulated industries (automotive, legal, finance, construction)
