The salary range for this position is CAD $38.12 - $54.80 / hour

Job Summary
Bring your demonstrated knowledge to this exciting opportunity as a  Client Partner, Information System and Knowledge Management  with Fraser Health’s People Informatics team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating and providing expert guidance and technical leadership to support the business needs of the team.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with leaders in Employee Experience portfolio to provide guidance, technical resources and expert advice to support the business strategy, operation workflow, system needs through the use of innovative approaches, and discussions on future system requirements.

Develop processes and applications to improve workflow, efficiencies and effectiveness.

Conduct business process analysis, system/work analysis, determine application code specifications and test the performance of systems.

Act as the business expert to provide guidance and resources within and outside of Fraser Health regarding data generated through the specialized Employee Experience information systems.

Identify and use/load data from other source information systems to maintain the data integrity of the Employee Experience Information Systems. (e.g., Meditech seniority, sick and vacation banks to be used for ESP Scheduling system).

Ensure all solutions and tools are initially planned to meet all Privacy, Security and Architecture requirements.

Facilitate communication between vendors and Employee Experience representatives/partners and Privacy, Security, and Architecture. Ensure forms and documents are completed by the vendor/EE staff as required.

Develop tracking systems, prepare reports and conduct post-implementation project reviews.

Assess project results and internal methodologies and make recommendations on improvements to operations; coordinate monitoring and reporting on key quality/performance indicators for the business area.

Work with vendors to provide ongoing support, training and maintenance of the systems within Employee Experience.

Liaise with FH Information Management and vendors to resolve technical issues and monitor performance of the operation systems to ensure standards are followed and operational requirements are met.

Coordinate teams from FH Information Management/vendor/supplier to resolve problems and develop customized solutions consistent with user, department and operational needs.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Health Information, Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering.

Five (5) years of related experience in a large complex organization.

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be acceptable.

The Client Partner, Information System and Knowledge Management is responsible for managing, coordinating, and providing expert guidance and technical leadership to support the business needs to the Fraser Health People Informatics Systems. Works with service providers and external vendors to establish time frames, identify expectations, and review/assess products and solutions.
