Pay Rate: $50‑60 per hour
Contract Period: 6‑month contract
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Project Manager is an individual contributor that lives at the intersection of product engineering, operations and strategy. This fast‑paced role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation, top‑notch collaboration skills, and a strong drive to get the job done. Liaising with cross‑functional teams and customers, the mandate of this position is to ensure the successful introduction of new products and features, from concept to launch.
In this role, you will lead and coordinate key business initiatives to drive successful execution of deliverables owned by multiple functions. You will also coordinate customer communications and lead both internal and external meetings to bring new products and features to our customers.
This is a hybrid role, with up to two days in office
, to facilitate brainstorming, collaboration, and team building. Our office is located across from Guildford Mall, in Surrey, BC.
- Own and drive the end‑to‑end product/feature launch process, including planning, execution, and customer coordination.
- Lead and coordinate one or many interconnected initiatives under a cohesive program strategy to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage risks to ensure on‑time delivery. Hold task owners accountable against agreed‑upon timelines.
- Identify and implement best practices to improve launch efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure all necessary documentation, regulatory requirements and legal requirements are fulfilled.
- Act as the primary point of contact for program‑level communications, actively aligning executive sponsors, product leadership, and cross‑functional stakeholders. Present program health, learnings, key outcomes, and data‑driven metrics to facilitate critical strategic decision‑making.
- 5+ years of progressive Project Management experience delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives in technology‑driven or enterprise environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to move initiatives forward, remove blockers, and drive accountability.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders and facilitating critical decisions.
- Proven experience applying formal project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) in a pragmatic way.
- Strong capability in project planning, scope management, risk mitigation, dependency management, and change control.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project,arts, Jira, and Confluence.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a strong asset, but not required.
