Job Description

ATCO Frontec is seeking a Housekeeper to join our Camp Services team in Northern British Columbia. The Housekeepers are responsible for general housekeeping, linen cleaning, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within all living units.

$18.00/hour (subject to change)

Rotational schedule (details to be confirmed)

Complimentary meals, accommodation, and amenities while on site

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in bedrooms and bathrooms
• Make beds, change linens, and distribute towels and toiletries
• Dust furniture and draperies; vacuum as needed
• Sweep and mop floors
• Empty bins and remove debris
• Clean windows, walls, baseboards, and ceilings
• Adhere to all government regulations and ATCO Frontec’s Health & Safety policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in a camp or hotel setting preferred
• Previous experience in a remote camp environment is essential
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive bending/stretching
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in English
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete online training
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
• Must be able to clear a criminal background check
