Job Type: Part-time / Casual
Shifts: 4-hour shifts | Monday–Friday between 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Home Instead is currently seeking a reliable and compassionate Care Professional to support our clients in the Surrey area. This role is ideal for someone who is flexible during weekday afternoons and evenings and enjoys helping clients remain safe and independent in their own homes.

• Monday to Friday availability required

• Shifts may be scheduled any time between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM

• 4‑hour shifts

• Consistent weekday coverage needed

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license

• Reliable personal vehicle to transport clients

• Willing and able to update car insurance to business use

• Must be listed as the primary driver on the insurance policy

• Comfortable driving clients to appointments, errands, and outings

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Meal preparation

• Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying)

• Supporting clients with errands and appointments

• Following individualized care plans

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient individuals

• Strong communication and time‑management skills

• Previous caregiving experience is an asset (formal or informal)

• Ability to work independently
